1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, registering, or using any feature of IntelliTools AI ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age
• Have read and understood these Terms of Service
• Agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and IntelliTools AI. They govern your use of all services, features, and content available on the platform.

2 Description of Services

IntelliTools AI provides the following services free of charge:

• AI Tools (50+) — covering Education, Coding & Testing, Content Analysis, File & Media conversion, and Trading & Forex
• Blog Platform — read, create, and interact with expert blog posts
• Course Platform — create and stream educational video courses
• User Dashboard — track your activity, view stats, and earn trophies
• Achievement System — gamified trophies awarded for meaningful platform engagement

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with or without notice.

3 User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Some features require a registered account. You must provide a valid email address and a unique username. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at intellitoolsai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in the trophy or achievement system, or for any other deceptive purpose.

4 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use IntelliTools AI to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload, post, or transmit harmful, hateful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Conduct automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction without prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Artificially inflate your activity statistics or trophy counts through automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

5 User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create on the platform (blog posts, comments, courses). By publishing content, you grant IntelliTools AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

5.2 Content Standards

All content you publish must:

• Be accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Not contain personal or private information about others without their consent
• Not be spam, advertising, or promotional material without prior approval

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards at our sole discretion. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

6 Trophy & Gamification System

The IntelliTools AI trophy system rewards genuine platform engagement. Trophies are symbolic achievements with no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

6.1 Earning Trophies

Trophies are awarded based on cumulative stats that include:

• Number of active days on the platform
• Number of unique AI tools used (with a minimum session duration)
• Number of unique blog posts read (with a minimum reading time)
• Number of unique courses completed (with a minimum watch time)
• Login streak (consecutive daily logins)
• Number of users referred to the platform

6.2 System Integrity

Our system enforces minimum time thresholds and deduplication to ensure all earned trophies reflect genuine activity. Any attempt to circumvent these measures (e.g., scripted visits, session manipulation) is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

6.3 No Monetary Value

Trophies, streaks, and dashboard statistics have no cash value and do not constitute property. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove trophies at any time as needed to maintain the integrity of the system.

7 Courses & Educational Content

Course creators on IntelliTools AI accept responsibility for the accuracy and legality of their course content. By uploading a course, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use all content in the course
• The course does not infringe any third-party rights
• The content is not misleading, defamatory, or otherwise harmful

IntelliTools AI may remove any course that violates these terms at our discretion.

8 Advertising

IntelliTools AI is a free platform supported by advertising. By using the platform, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed on pages, including ads served by Google AdSense.

8.1 Third-Party Ad Serving

Google AdSense, a third-party ad network, is used to display advertisements. Google may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve personalised ads based on your browsing history across websites. Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

8.2 Your Choices

8.3 Ad Interaction

You agree not to click on ads fraudulently or use automated means to interact with advertisements. Such behaviour is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

9 Intellectual Property

All platform-level content — including but not limited to our logo, tool interfaces, design, code, and documentation — is the intellectual property of IntelliTools AI and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our platform content without explicit written permission.

10 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranty

IntelliTools AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Tool Accuracy

AI-generated results from our tools (summaries, grammar suggestions, citations, trading indicators, etc.) are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. They should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Always verify results independently before acting on them.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliTools AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

11 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at intellitoolsai@gmail.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Content you created may remain on the platform in anonymised or aggregate form unless you request deletion.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email.
